Kind of like a PhotoShop but without the price.
In fact it's Free.
So I'm trying to fix all 3 blogs. Hummm...maybe I should just not try?

Super cute!! I wish I could help you but I'm still wandering around, stubbing my toes in Photo shop elements. I wish I could spend a day with someone who knows what they're doing or if I could just watch someone or have them show me, I'd be set! :)

hmmm, will have to check out Paintnet. I use
Paintshop Pro and have Photoshop, but I'm terrible at reading how-to instructions so photoshop tends to baffle me. (actually even the instructions when I have looked at them, baffle me LOL)
