LIKE MOLASSAS CREEPING UP AN ICECICLE..

With having grand kids for the weekend, I got behind on a few things,
blogging being one of them! And I've been as slow as...well, read the title to this post.

I know you're all waiting to hear the rest of Canute and Sarah's story...
I've been skimming through Aunt Edith's book and bless her heart, she wrote about who's child had what child, names included, and who joined the church and about the Temple being built etc. All of which was a part of Canute and Sarah's lives for sure. And I know some of the family has used this information in their genealogy work so I'm glad it's there.

But I'm the story teller....

And I know there's more information I have about them, and a picture of the house and stuff. Plus, I want to take pictures of the house and things now...if it would stop storming!

So, please give me a couple more days.
I'll do my best to get on with the ending...

I can share what's inside the book though.....

Thanks for being here
and wanting to read more.

  That keeps me
telling the stories (o:

Vicki, I have quite a few of those types of old books, and you're right -- the older people always wrote who they belonged to and sometimes other things, as well. That's interesting, isn't it? Enjoy the grandkids!

Have you other stories to tell us when Canute's and Sarah's comes to an end?

I bet you could write one. You have that creativity chromosome....

You are so lucky to have these books. The Morris County Library will not part with the one on my family, and because of the paper used in the book, the copies come out just awful.

Vicki, I've mentioned before how very blessed you are to have this book....so, I'm just repeating it now.
