LOVEABLE QUIRKY PEEPS

6/7/10

DEAR ME MONDAY...

Dear Me,

You sure can tell the weekend's over at the dorm...

Doors closing and muted sounds from the other side of the wall.

But right now you should show everyone what you took pictures of the last time you were down Ephraim way.

I'll bet someone will remember...

Here's pictures from a past post..

 And what you wrote....
"I'll get better ones later this summer when they're all leafed out...they're pretty. The city takes good care of them and they really are called
'Sarah's Trees'. Most are over 100 years old..."

Now, here's Grandma Sarah's trees leafing out.

They get even better as the summer moves along.

You still need to get more of the Canute and Sarah story written....

But for now you need to get on with the work week.

Love, Me

See ya Yesterday....

LOVE the trees!! Streets with lots of trees lining them always look better than bare ones.

The only thing I like better than a tree lined street is a tree lined driveway.

Lovely!

Great pictures Viki it's such a great story about history each time you post a picture it takes me back to your ancestors, and I love that. Have a great week kid, hugs Pearl

The pics of the trees, denuded of their leaves tugged at my heart. In their Spring/Summer finery they have the same draw with the added beauty of the season. I bet they are glorious in the Fall. What a fabulous gift your grandmother left you.

Hug,

Sue
