FROM THE DORM...

Well, here I am on a Friday night, out in the middle of nowhere, in the Dorm...

Today is actually the one month mark since I spent the first night in here.

And I'm thinking I should do a mini Journal to share with you. Just little tidbits of what it's like living in a bedroom.

But first I want to share a past post. After you read it, like me, you won't think this Dorm room is so bad.

So, this being the first of probably more than a few Dorm Stories, I'll just give you the link and then go from there. I'll try to tell a little something every night.

I'll do more of the Canute and Sarah saga this weekend.

Ok, here's the link to...Life in Mammoth

And after you read that, here's a little of what you'll be getting...

The winds blowing again tonight. That's good if you do some Wind Surfing or fly kites. But I don't do either one. So I could do without the wind.

Problem is, this building was put together way back when, so it sort of rattles. Kind of hard imagining cinder blocks that rattle...

It's actually the door that rattles so I stuck a folded piece of paper in it so I can sleep.

And it works...

Other than the cold noisy wind, the drizzly rain and the smoker on the second floor ( more on that later) life is bearable so far. Especially when I think of Mammoth...

Now it's time to catch up on some sleep, I'm tired, and this is kind of boring. I'll get better after some zzz's  :)

See ya Yesterday...

Do a mini journal on living in a bedroom. Excellent idea.

For us. And for you too. After you move on to more than a dorm room, again.

Vicki, you have an amazing talent for writing, so please do share a journal of your dorm life with us.

And yes, I agree that rough as the dorm may be, it is 100% better than your year stay in Mammoth.

Hope you were able to sleep!

Sue:)
