LOVEABLE QUIRKY PEEPS

1/9/12

ARE YOU ONE TOO???

OK, what's goin on here? I've switched to the newer blog interface or whatever it's called. Took a bit to figure out wheretheheck everything is, but I thought I did. Had this scheduled to post at midnight on the 9th, which is today, right? NOT, I came home from work and it's still hanging here as a draft...blah! So here's Mondays post. Better late than not I guess.
Back to trying to figure out new crap....

I'M A PEOPLE WATCHER...I COULD SIT IN ONE PLACE FOR HOURS AND WATCH THEM.

AND WHEN I DO, I HAVE QUESTIONS.

LIKE WHERE ARE THEY COMING FROM
WHERE ARE THEY GOING
ARE THEY ALONE?
I SEE COUPLES...
HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN COUPLES?
MOMS WITH KIDS
DADS WITH KIDS
KIDS WITH KIDS
SOME WITH PETS
SOME HAPPY
SOME NOT
SOME IN A HURRY
SOME LOOKING LIKE THEY'RE SOMEWHERE ELSE...

I'VE SHARED THIS BLOGGER BEFORE

MORE THAN ONCE, AND FOR GOOD REASON.

I WAS FASCINATED BY THIS POST.
HOW ODD...YET, HOW TRUE.
SO NOW WHEN I FIND TIME TO PEOPLE WATCH AGAIN I'LL BE MORE PERCEPTIVE,
SEE MORE DETAIL.MAYBE REMEMBER TO HAVE MY CAMERA:)

SO, ARE YOU ONE TOO?

Carry On:)

I love people watching and never seem to have my camera with me! Have to agree with Gerry, that any stories that I have on them are probably much more interesting than reality! LOL

Interesting about the newspaper/gender observation.

I've never been able to get the darned timer to work either. I think I have to live in the best place for people watching...New York City. Here you see a bit of everything.

I have often daid that it would be worth the price of the ticket to just about anywhere to watch the people. Best game in town!

Hi Vicki, I'm still just posting and publishing. Should take time to do drafts, but rarely do. Yeah girl, I love to watch people. They're almost as fun to watch as animals. Well, they are mammals right?

First of all, I know people who shop at Good Will for bargains. That is not for me. I thought those items were meant for people who were struggling and could not afford the outrageously high prices at retail stores.

Now, as to people watching, I was trying to change from one lane to another before my street came up. I rolled down my window and asked the fellow to my right if I could cut in. He was picking his nose at the time. He quickly glanced at his picking finger, then dropped it in his lap, and let me cut in. He smile sheepishly. I thanked him.

We, Jakie, are members of the same club in more ways than one!

Fascinating... I guess men are less willing to commit and simply want the flavour of the day - something they can easily dispose of... like a newspaper (hehe, what did you think I meant?!!)

I'm right there with you !
The best people watching I've ever done is at the airport, the train station, a bus terminal and #1 has to be at WALMART...I always have my camera with me but the people I see at Walmart sometimes scare me and I'm too chicken to take their pictures !!!

I love to people watch. The mall is great place.. so many interesting people and things to see.
But it is a little disconcerting to think that maybe you're the one being watched..:)

I'm definitely a watcher, but I make up stories about who they are and what they're doing in my head. :-)

What does 'new blog interface' mean?

I watch a little bit....but my Mother is the ultimate people watcher. It is her calling in life! Going to check out the link.

I am both a people watcher and newspaper reader... although the latter not in public. ;-)

PS. To publish at a prescribed time, first set the time, then click publish. I made the same mistake of leaving my post as draft.
