LOVEABLE QUIRKY PEEPS

8/4/10

CHANGE in a BOTTLE..Alphabesummerschool...

This weeks color in Mrs. Matlocks Summer School is...

ORANGE

 So, I'm gonna share some
awesomly ORANGE info about....

 ORANGUTANS!

Or as I always said...Orangatangs!

 Here's what I learned...

The Malay word orangutan means "person of the forest." These long-haired, orangish primates, found only in Sumatra and Borneo, are highly intelligent and have many characteristics of humans.

REALLY!

Let me show ya...

(Hmmmm, this one resembles my ex..)

But take a look,
They can......

Wonder what to do with a weekend....

Play a game of marbles...

Wait patiently for a date....

Cuddle the one they love most...

Wear the latest fashions in hair accessories...

Protest....

Take a family trip...

Sing along with the best of 'em....

Let ya know life is great....

Stop to smell the roses....

Be John Wayne....

Laugh at Leno....

Be YODA for Halloween....

Wonder why....

Have a conversation with God...

Have bad hair days....

Listen to know it all neighbors....

Be one...

Be Grampa and Grama

Or Uncle Bob...

Give you a *Raspberry*.....

See life in a different way....

Enjoy Summer....

Find a booger...

Hear the story of the Birds and the Bees....

Just hang out....

Give 'em their best smile....

Be alluring....

Trust....

Tell an off color joke....

Laugh at it....

Or not....

Know what to do when the Teacher turns her back :]

And what to do when something itches....

Use teamwork....

Tell a BIG MONSTER story....

Play Hide 'n Seek....

Take care of each other....

And tell ya good bye till next week.....

Hope you GO SEE THE OTHER ORANGE colors.....

Keep Smilin (o:

You done good! I loved the captions you chose for each photo. I giggled all the way through (except when I was saying awwwww).

Another great post from you. Loved all of it. Don't they look so human? And apparently act so human as well? Wow, awesome!

Orangutans have always fascinated me. They are so human like in their interactions with each other. Great photos!

I'm not worthy lol. You went all out for this one. I don't know how your mind works that you came up with this. I LOVED it, for real. It was too cute, ha.

This may very well be, the BEST blog post of ALL TIME!! AAAAAA MAZE ING!!
you did a SUPERB job of matching captions to pictures. I gigled all the way thru also, and said aww, and CRACKED UP!!!

and made me think of Clint Eastwood's pal in those "every which way but loose" movies...
"Right turn Clyde!"

Thanks for giving me a good reason to be up at 6am (been awake since 4:30, and really only cat napped before that)

I had to cover my mouth at laughing to not wake anyone.

BRAVA!!
