LOVEABLE QUIRKY PEEPS

RUNNIN ON EMPTY!!

REALLY!

Got home from work, tinkled, drove to a house here that I clean once a week, hoped the worker dudes were still at work, they were, did what was needed, came home to heat up a bowl of something dad sent home with me yesterday, just spilled it down the front of me trying to put the spoon in my mouth and  hit the letters under my fingers at the same time, and wondering who I can con into getting my mower working again...

That's not at all what I'm trying to tell ya though...

OH, the sweet blog lady I met on Monday? The one I still have to post about? First thing she said to me when I called her? "You have an accent! You don't sound like you look on the blog, your voice just doesn't fit :)"

Hmph...seems I heard that before a year or so ago first time I talked to Delaware.... And not long ago skyping (with no picture) from another cool bloggy lady. Yep, I don't fit :)

Got sidetracked again, huh. I do that quite well thank you....

Spent time at work convincing the boss lady of my utter NEED to use my remaining Annual Leave time A.G.A.I.N next week. Sure I was gone 5 days last week but WTH, two of them were the weekend....

I mean, no way in Hades am I gonna tell anyone who calls at 6:30 in the AM, lets it ring long enough to wake me from a deep slumber full of....whatever, but with no answer when I whisper hello cause the cousin's sleeping in the other room with no doors closed and we were up late talking so we needed the sleep...big breath...and who, when I call her back cause I'm thinking there's something wrong, says "Hi Jake! Are you in Idaho? Did I wake you up?" ~insert snarky giggles~ And adding, after I whisper the question of is anything wrong, says "Nothing wrong, just making sure you have the tickets and are coming to see me!" Well, what did I say to that? Good question. I was doing my own snarky giggling, half asleep, and whatever it was must have been ok. Nothing better than giggles from across the country even before the sun comes up, and doing it good enough I didn't wake Nelma up :)

So who would do such a thing to someone so utterly responsible and straight laced as me? ahem....

Guess you'll need to read this post she did on Monday to know where it is I'm headed in...ummm, a week from yesterday....

Only this gal could start telling about nudging her awesome hubby, stick a bucket in the middle of it, then end up with me...mwahahahahaaaa

Besides, I'm suppose to be doing my Alphabethursday thing with Matlock so I'll let you find out for yourself what I'm up to. And if you don't already follow her, you probably will. Trust me, she'll keep you in awesomeness.

Ok, off to tell more stories about the 'Perfect Man'......that in itself is a hoot:)

Later......

Carry On...

I am having an awful time coming up with an X word I want to use. Because you know me, I can't just do it on something normal.

Good morning Jake.....I'm gonna use a quote from my favorite aunt here. "You sound busier than a one-armed coal miner." LOL LOL Stay calm.

hugs,

-chuckle- And our saying would be... "You sound busier than a one armed paper hanger."

Whatever.... You sound busy. -grin-

Ho! for the leaves that eddy down, Crumpled yellow and withered brown, Hither and yonder and up the street And trampled under the passing feet; Swirling, billowing, drifting by, With a whisper soft and a rustling sigh, Starting aloft to windy ways, Telling the coming of bonfire days.

Seriously, you don't write like you look.

I have no idea about your voice, so I gotta go with what I know.
