Most of my life..well, from the time I was a snotnosekid, I didn't like the color red. Ok, I HATED ANYTHING EVEN CLOSE TO RED! Pink too, that was too close. I told the story of it somewhere on here but hellifiknowwhereitis...
In a nutshell, I wanted a frilly girly dress for Easter one year. Instead I got a blouse with a red bowtie and a pair of RED pants.
I forgave my mom a couple of years ago.....
Forgiveness truly is healing. I own more red stuff now than I ever did! I'll show ya when I get all this picture moving outta the way :)

Would NOT wear those shoes; but I would've in my teens and twenties.
My favorite red thing is almost anything colored red. (Wait until you see the master bedroom on your next visit!)
I can't wear red. It is forbidden. Ok, my Mom says she and I both can't wear red unless it is the BRIGHT PERFECT RED...but that is not in my closet.
I can't wear those shoes. NOT with a fox in a box with red sox. NOPE.
I do love red-heads. We have a couple in our family. They are special.
One of my kids {who goes to school and pays attention} told me that sometime in the future...{not sure when cause I DON'T pay attention} we won't have anymore red heads...like they will be bred OUT somehow.

It's my goal to have a splash of red in every room in my house! and I've pretty much done it..love love love red..and, I was a redhead once..oh yeah..and a blonds, a brunet and now gray. So I feel I can honestly say..REDheads have the most FUN!!
